Week one of training feels exciting. You’re sore, sweaty, fired up, and putting that work in.
Week two? Still solid. You’re settling in, getting into your routine. But week three is where it gets difficult. It’s where the excuses start flooding in, and where most people tap out, and quit—right before the work actually starts working.
WE say:
You don’t need to feel motivated. You just need to be committed.
That’s how momentum is built in your fitness journey. Not off vibes, cute outfits, or pics for the gram, but off habits.
By week three, your body is beginning to adapt. Your nervous system is learning how to move under load, and your joints are getting feedback. Your strength is developing under the surface. If you quit now, you never get to see what your body was building; the reward in your results.
Listen—
When it feels boring?
When you’re tempted to skip class?
When the soreness becomes routine and the progress isn’t visible yet?
That’s when your commitment matters most.
